Kazushi Sakuraba - Rollertron Figure

For sale today I have a rare, Japanese plush wrestling figure of Kazushi Sakuraba

This was made in around 1992 for Roller Tron as part of their Wrestle Fest line. I'm not exactly sure where these were sold, my best guess is the merch stands at wrestling shows or crane games in arcades. The tags on the American wrestlers mention trademarks of WWF, Titan Sports, and Marvel, and the tags on the Japanese wrestlers mention NJPW and New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Kazushi Sakuraba has pretty much done it all in Japanese wrestling and fighting. He's wrestled in NJPW and Pro Wrestling NOAH, winning titles in both. What he is probably best known for though is his time in MMA, fighting in both PRIDE, the UFC, and other MMA promotions. He earned the name The Gracie Hunter for his matches with the Gracie family.

This figure has been stored in a smoke free house.
